We don't believe in shortcuts, rather that the only path to excellence in investing is through hard work, focused study and accountability. We believe in independence of thought in all measures and encourage questioning the status quo, while searching for a better way. We are an employee owned organization. Honesty, independence, transparency and accountability are the bedrocks upon which Bixby Boons was built.

Our expectations are extremely high, and we are accountable to the expectations we have for ourselves and those our clients have for us. Our culture is one of transparency and accountability where we own our mistakes and successes equally, striving to learn from both. It is ok to make a mistake, but not to fail to learn from it. The constant refinement of our plans and processes requires accountability.
